Return and Refund Policy
We appreciate our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Shopping online can be tricky, so we are dedicated to providing excellent service to ensure a smooth shopping experience with AutoWearClub.
Sizing Information
Please note: we ship one size larger than the one you order to ensure the best fit.
If you order S, you will receive M
If you order M, you will receive L
If you order L, you will receive XL
If you order XL, you will receive XXL
This adjustment helps ensure a more comfortable fit based on our sizing and customer feedback. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before placing your order.
Return Policy
Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original packaging and tags must be intact.

There are no visible signs of damage.
Items cannot be returned after 14 days from the purchase date.

Return Process
To start a return, contact us at autowearclub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We may require proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email.
We will provide you with return instructions. Returns must be approved before sending the item back. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact autowearclub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order separately.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If returning an item over €60, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. AutoWearClub is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, contact us at autowearclub@gmail.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at autowearclub@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the damage along with your order number. We use the timestamp from the tracking system to verify claims. If damage is not reported within 48 hours, we may be unable to honor your request.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without justification.
